Installation
Controlled cranage and rigging, temporary bracing, line-level-plumb alignment, bolt tightening to spec, certified welding, grouting, and final torque logs.
Quality Assurance
Incoming material verification, fit-up checks, weld visual/NDT as required, coating/DFT checks, punch-list closure, as-builts & O&M handover under ISO-driven QMS.
HSE Controls
Permit-to-work, toolbox talks, exclusion zones, working-at-height controls, certified operators/equipment, and incident-free targets under ISO 45001:2018.
Integrated workshop → faster, cleaner installs
In-house laser cutting, press-brake forming, punching, and certified welding let us pre-fit assemblies for rapid, low-rework erection on site.
